Should you need to return your order, within 7 days of receiving it, please
email us for directions on how to send it back.

We will also provide you with a credit for the cost of the Return
for standard, insured Local Postal Service.
In the case of an exchange for our International and Australian
customers, once received we will replace the item & send back to you via the
Local Post Service. In the case of a Return, once received we will refund the
original purchase price, within 7 days of receipt. Sorry, we cannot exchange
or give refunds on "Worn" Sheepskin Boots. or orders over 7 days old. All
goods must be returned in original packaging.
